Salary Cap deadline fast approaching....

Salary cap deadline is almost here!
The NEHL Salary cap deadline is midnight March 8th. At that point there is a trade freeze and any team still over the cap must drop enough players to free agency to be at or below the cap by midnight March 9th.

You may only release enough players to get you to (or below) the cap. Once the last player dropped succeeds in getting you to (or below) the cap you may not drop any more players.

At 6 pm on March 10th a list of all available Free agents will be posted. Owners will then have between 6 pm March 10th and midnight March 11th to submit their free agent bids on available players. The winners will be announced at 6 pm March 12th.

The trade freeze would be lifted at that time.
